RETURNS & EXCHANGES
A mandatory 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned and exchanged items.
To be eligible for an exchange, refund or store credit, your item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered in original packaging, with all original packaging materials, including all tags.
You must first be issued an official Return Authorization number to return an item for any reason.
No returns will be accepted without an assigned Return Authorization number.
To request a Return Authorization number for an item you purchased within the past 14 days, please submit a return request in your account with your order number, and reason for return.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RETURN (ie, the day we emailed you a RA number).
Customers are responsible for paying return and restocking costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and cannot be responsible for refunding items lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit. If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your account for you to use toward another purchase.
If you receive an item that has been damaged during the shipping process you have 24hrs from the time the signatures item was received to upload images to the return request portal .
