Every Rich Dogue piece is made by hand, and we want it to be right for your dog.

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days for items that are unused, unworn and unaltered, in their original packaging.

Restocking fee

A 25% restocking fee applies.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item.

Harnesses

Harnesses are one of a kind and final sale. Not sure about fit? Email us your dog's chest and neck measurements and we'll confirm the fit before you order.
